  The hotel is a lovely place to stay. It's well located, has nice rooms and has a nice buffet breakfast but the real thing that makes it special are the staff. They are amazing, always willing to help you sort anything out and accommodate you in every way. I can't sing the praise of this place enough.

  Great experience. Ertan bay n company were so wonderful. Room given was comfortable we were treated like royalty we stayed there for 3 nites. Highly recommended breakfast was fabulous.

  Heating was my biggest concern because Turkish hotels are often equipped in such a way like they're supposed to be used only in summer. But our cave room was even warmer than I could hope for. If you're coming to Göreme via the Kayseri airport, ask the hotel to arrange a transfer. It makes total sense and will save you both time and money. The reception guy (Özbek) was absolutely friendly and helped us with everything we needed: the transfer, a discount for the hamam, etc.

  I had spent three night there, it is an amazing place! The hotel is so beautiful inside outside, and especially the gentlemen Mr. Uzbek, he is the kindest person I met in my trip, very helpful, he offered great suggestions during my stay, and really enjoyed the time there. The money is very much worthwhile
