Good hotel with good personal and nice restoration but have some problems. All additional beds a broken. Towels are not new. 4 piples family got only 1 room key.

Ez a szálloda Európai szemmel nem 5 csillag hanem maximum 2-3 . A közös helységek mocskosak koszosak a két üveg liftböl nem lehet kilátni ez nagyrészt a kiváló orosz turistáknak köszönhető de a szálloda beletörődik és ez a baj !!!
A közös WC egy fesztiválon elmenne , az a bűz ami már az előtérben van az leírhatatlan !! Az étkező piszkos koszos ez ismét a vendégeknek köszönhető de egy 5 csillagos szállodában úgy gondolom ez nem megengedett ! A szobák nevetségesen igénytelenek , egy 3 csillagos szállóban is van tusfürdő , sampon , balzsam , stb itt egy papírdobozban egy zacskó amit a fejedre húzhatsz és egy másik amiben 3 fulpiszkáló van !! A személyzet kedvesnek tűnik de ha kérsz valamit kiderűl hogy nem is az . A minibárban 2db 0.5 L ásványvíz van ami valljuk be nem túl sok egy 5 csillagos szálodához ,persze az is meleg hiszen a hűtő sem működik . Szóvá tettem erre kicserélték , csak sajnos az sem volt jó . Itt feladtam ! A tengerpart nagyon messze van és iszonyat koszos és igénytelen !! A tenger is és a part is !!
A bárokban ingyen ihatunk ehetünk porból készült narancs és meggy italt olyan műanyag pohárból amit nem lehet megfogni mert olyan puha ! Persze van szotyadt krumpli és ugyan olyan hamburger ! Az egyetlen jó dolog amit el tudok mondani az a légkondi a szobában bár 2 nap után kívűl belűl csöpögött , de nem az én butoromra ezért nem érdekelt !! Egyszóval ez a nyaralás egy nagyon nagy melléfogás volt sajnos alig vártuk hogy vége legyen !!!! Nem ajánlom senkinek aki egy kicsit is igényes magára és a környezetére !!!!!!!!!!response / report this review -

Otel güzel ve temiz, yanlız otel personalini eğitim almalı çoğu ailesi ile geliyor eşlere sarkıntılık oluyor, eğitimli elemanlar olsa en azından bunlar olmaya bilir.
En önemlisi yani beni şaşkına çeviren olay, otel de yani çalışan elalamanlar dan icerde insanı uyuşturan bazı maddeler resmen satılıyor. Birde parası olan kişiler takip edilip hep para isteniyor.response / report this review -

Dobry, czysty hotel. Cichy i spokojny. Bardzo miła obsługa. Minusem jest plaża i jedzenie monotonne i marnej jakości ( w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w których byłem). Ogólnie hotel wart swojej ceny.

Was here with my family of 3 kids. Great pool with slides, great beach and access to the beach, plus just a short distance. Terrific food and cool drinks, bar and buffet staff were outstanding. BUT: they wanted to cheat us out of our family room we booked 6 months in advance(!) at our arrival, but I stood firm and we got the room we wanted (btw a great room for a family with 3 kids). Later found out that the they overbook the family rooms, because they are on high demand. They even gave one family a standard room, claiming it was the family room they'd booked.

Comfortable and friendly all-inclusive hotell with unusually good food. The Pool area Is clean and tidy and the private beach for hotel's guests has a Beach Bar and is only a short Walk away. Recommended.
