We booked this hotel looking at the reviews.
It was 2hr 30mins transfer from the airport after a 4 hour flight travelling from home 1am. So basically 12 hour journey.
We got there at 3pm to be told we had to wait until 5.30 because our room was still occupied.
Not what you want to hear after a long exhausting journey.
We had to sit around for 2 and a half hours before we could get to our room.
On our first visit to the beach. Well it says white city beach so you would expect one. No beach at all just some steps down to the sea.
The food was terrible, they didn't cater for British guests at all, I'm not fussy but I didn't fancy much of it at all. My wife opted to eat salad all week.
We couldn't eat in the a la carte restaurant as it was closed. There was nowhere else to eat in the area.
The indoor pool was empty
The bottled water in your room was chargeable even though we were fully inclusive.
We did meet a couple of other English couples who were all feeling the same.
We sat at the bar together at night drinking. Don't get too excited though. Thin paper cups were used for every drink unless you were one of the very few who were lucky enough to get a glass before they all got used. The paper cups held 1/4 of a pint of beer.
So we decided to get a couple each. That's 4 for every couple. Not on your nelly. We were told we could only get 2 drinks at the bar. The manager stood over the poor bar man making sure. Bearing in mind there was just 1 serving for hundreds of customers.
ALL INCLUSIVE where you get all local beers and spirits. Err no. If you didn't have vodka gin or ouzo you had to pay for anything else. Even the local brewed
Most of the staff were like zombies never smiled. The reception staff didn't speak or understand English apart from one who worked the night shift.
The pool area was disgustingly unclean around the sun beds. Glass was on the floor around the pool bar all week. We did report it but it fell on deaf ears.
All in all a really bad experience and such a waste of a good holiday.
The worst hotel we have stayed in.
Apart from that the weather was amazing and the friends we met were great.
Don't fall for some of the descriptions
This is about the only accurate one on here.

Great hotel. Lovely food with a wide choice for different tastes. Reasonably priced for our 7 night stay. Nice modern clean rooms. Not much around the hotel but we didn't want to leave anyway.

Overbooked in the middle of the night 3:30, problem solved 2 hours later.
I am sorry but you know that already before this time arrival and solve the problem before that. Hotel blamed travel agency and travel agency blamed hotel, one way or another solve that problem before arrival at that time of the day.

First impression of the room was nice, untill you start watching the details. Everything is hanging crooked, from the painting on the wall till the soapdispender. Holes made to big for the tap of the shower, bathroom door not closing and do not expect a bedbottem, this was just a plain piece of hardboard and then no matter what you lay on top the bed it feels like a brick.
Two elevators is defentely to little and it was hot like hell, no airco on the floors or in the elevator. One of the elevators fell out but that was quickly solved, within 2 hours. But I wouldnt have liked to stand in there when that happend.

Further none of the staff spoke not english.. neither german, even the reception. Except of the manager.
At the beach part the staff was friendly and smilling but the front part incredible moody, even though I tried my best to speak a bit turkish and help them out a bit not one smile was returned.

The buffet was good but not excellent due to my knowledge of turkish food and the choice was only turkish food. Fish was to small and therefor more bone then fish but this has probally to do with the budget because they do have more choice then other hotels.

Public toilets defentely to little of them and extremely dirty more cleaning or a lady at the toilet would improve that.
Overall cleaning of the public area's was great.
Room cleaning, i literally had ask for everything, toilet paper, towels ect and believe me I always keep my room clean myself, so somuch work they don't have.

Animation was the same everyday, except of one day we had a open air movie "The Grey"about a plane accident hahaha but nevertheless we did enjoy that.
And please let the singer sing turkish cause really the spanish and english was horrible.
More controlle by the staf for the "reserving beds" would be great cause really towels were laying at 2 o'clock in the morning already.
Slidings close between 12:00 and 14:00 due the lunch and 17:00 it is done, this was very dissipointing.

For defentely not 5 stars, 5 stars means service, comfertable and friendly.
No matter how design you make it, if you didnt cover those 3 points there it is a no star for me.

Personally, I believe that the hotel is truly marvellous as it is a stylish, modern, and clean atmosphere with a very lively and happy attitude from the staff that work there. we stayed there for 7 days ending 24/4/14 and we really wanted to stay there for longer. We would definitely be visiting this hotel again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
