The place was so dirty. the bath was coverd with mold even in the frige. We had a 3 day stay it was so noisy in the night the night club was in the sixth floor. There was'nt any towel or bed cover and pillow sheets. We were said that the breakfast in Van city is the best un allTurky but it was very ordinery. After too many argument with the reception they changed our rooms but only the view changed and it was even noisier!!. The great improvment was that on the second day of our stay at last we got towel !!.!two bath and one hand towel for 3 people. We inquired why its like that and there wasn't a resonable answer, the receptionsit just said there are too many guste and we cant help it. We had really bad stay and i dont rcommend it to any.

The worst hotel I have ever seen
They did not even serviced rooms
Everywhere was dirty
The toilet siphon was broken

Very Good location near to shopping stores, Good breakfast.
Rooms and salons are dark.

Personel davranışları gayet samimi ve profesyoneldi. Hijyen ve temizlik olarak zaten bildiğim ve güvendiğim bir yer bu konuda beni şaşırtmadılar. Odaları görme fırsatım olmadı ama eminim önceden gördüğüm den daha iyi hale dönüştürdüklerine eminim
