Horrible customer service - 2/11/2018 @ 7:00 am, front desk staff were extremly unreasonable, unfriendly need serious improvements.

It supposed to be a five star hotel, and it is a good hotel. However it has some deficiencies.
Our room card expired twice and I had to go back to reception to fix it,and they didn't even say sorry.
The reception desk and staff can't speak English and it is very unfortunate for an international hotel.response / report this review -

Hizmet hoş fiyat iyi yeri güzel çalışanlar cana yakın fakat odaların biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var özellikle banyo ve lavaboların bi elden geçmesi gerekiyo birçok odada konaklama yaptım hemen hemen hepsinde bir problemle karşılaştım
