BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
MY MUM RECENTLY STAYED HERE AND CAME BACK WITH LEGIONARIES DISEASE. WAS ON LIFE SUPPORT FOR NEARLY A MONTH.
AIR CONDITIONING IS PRODUCING THIS DEADLY DISEASE.

The animation team made our holiday and they were amazing but the other hotel staff were so rude!! We met many friends but were told ' be quiet " "No more beer!" We are all inclusive we will have what we want. We were not rude to them I don't understand why they were rude to us.. disappointing 🙄

The Sun Star Resort Hotel is ***** in name only. Unhelpful reception staff who speak very little English. No information given, even as to where to get beach towels. If you like queuing like cattle for cold food, this is the place to go! Extremely dangerous flooring, both in and out, with one Wet Floor sign. The extremely loud non stop music starts from 10am until 11pm every day. General hospitality is zero. Bedrooms do not have any drawer space for clothes, so for two weeks you live out of the suitcase. And you also get to hear next door bedrooms conversations. Bathroom cleanliness is unhygienic.

All inclusive holiday. The rooms are very nice with working air conditioning and a great view from the balcony. There is a section down on the beach that the resort owns where you can get your free drinks from. There is also free ice cream from 1600-1700. The pools are great. I didn't really spend much time in the main pool but there is one off to the side that has a slide into it which is awesome. The food is pretty good considering it is quite different to what I'm used to. If there was one place for improvement it would be there but there was never nothing to eat. All in all, a great place to spend the week.

Alkohol not good. Weekend party's (Disco) organizated not properly, 11 o'clok everything is closed. To early. Every wants tips, without that even doesnt smile.

A fun family friendly atmosphere.
Pros
Beach is very close (2 minutes) and accessible with a bridge connecting the resort and allowing you to transverse the road without worrying about traffic.
Bar staff are incredible friendly; the maids exceptionally so.
Lots of choice of food with new dishes being avaliable everyday. Many different palates from different parts of the world.
Bedrooms are fantastic value for money with great views of either the sea or mountains surrounding the area.
Lots to do on-site with table tennis, darts, karaoke, volley ball and even a kids club.
Cons
I had the pleasure of going with a few friends arriving very late on the first night (due to flights and no fault of the hotel) the night staff were rather rude as much paper work had to be fillled and they tried to rush me and pressure me and were not considerate of my tiredness.
One other issue is that their are some staff members who will force and to an extent harrass you everyday to take part in the off-site entertainment such as clubs near the city and not part of the all inclusive.
Food is avaliable throughout most of the day with some gaps inbetween meaning if you miss lunch you could be waiting 5 hours. But their is a very small snack available for 2 hours after lunch but with first come first serve.
Wi-Fi is available however it has limited connectivity and you will be lucky to have access for more than 5 minutes at a time.
Overall
Reccomend if you want to get away from the usual English crowd and socialise with people from Russia, Germany and Turkey.response / report this review -

No medkit!!! Whaaat?
Poor internet connection
Poor quality drinks, especially cola was disgusting even if they poured from a CocaCola bottle.
Staff is not likely to speak english
Sea is dangerous and dont have any protection. Got cut in first day of holiday and real help came just after 2h after bleeding half of my blood.
Staff works more than 8h so they are less likely to provide quality service.

Новый и современный отель.Разнообразное питание, напитки, мороженое,лепешки, круглые сутки ), голодным не останешься. Близко пляж. Полотенца , шезлонги, зонтики. Анимация. Аква аэробика. Зарядка на море. Большой бассейн. Туалеты и на пляже и у бассейна. Приветливый персонал. Хамам, сауна. Wi-Fi - на пляже, в отеле. Рядом автобусная остановка до Г. Алания (20 мин).

Otel 5 yıldız olduğunu iddia ediyor ancak 4 yıldızı düzeyinde. Denize girmek için caddeyi geçmeniz gerekiyor . Denizi pek iyi değil. Ancak o bölgede zaten tüm sahil kayalık veya çakıl.. Otelin yabancı misafiri yok denecek kadar az. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgi. Otel pırıl pırıl.. Havuz büyüklüğü ve şezlong sayısı yeterli. Odalar böceklenmeye karşı belli peryotlarla ilaçlanıyor. Klima yetersiz oda geç soğuyor.. Lobi ve restoran çok sıcak tek soğutucu çalışmıyor. Sanırım otel yönetimi elektrik tasafunda :) bu 5 yıldıza yakışır bir durum değil. Barlarda limon bulmak mümkün değil.. Eleman sayısı yetersiz. Resmen oteli 3-5 kişi döndürüyor.. Restoranda sıra beklemek zorundasınız bunu da eklemekte fayda var. Herşey dahil konsepte ancak herşey yok :) mesela snack barı yok.. Otelde sıkılma olmadığınız fazla ancak arabanız yoksa civarda gezilecek pek bir şey de yok Aqua parkı oldukça yetersiz.. Tek kaydırak var sıra çok oluyor. Aqua parkın girişi farklı tafta olması ayır bir sorun. Çocuk animasyonları her gece yapılıyor ve yeterli.
