Eftalia Aqua are to low on staff at the kitchen. The result are dirty food tables, dirty plates and glasses. They are also low on towels, forks, knifes, vine glasses, tablecloths and much more. Basically, they have a unhygienic kitchen. My stay was in September, year 2015.

Loved it here, kids had an amazing time too, would have been 5 stars if not for a couple of hiccups with the room but it didn't stop us having a good time. Would certainly recommend

We got transferred to this hotel because our (splash resort) was overbooked so we had this choice or flighing back with nothing

It's super hot outside, we got a room on 5 floor (booked a huge family one and received a normal+). Air conditioning is a JOKE! It's not working in the lobby, restaurant or the rooms! We are litteraly smellting! This is by far the worst experience I had so far. The hotel is also quite old so quality of things is below European standards. The only positive.. Turkish people are really nice!

Relatively cheap hotel, but the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for this. Breakfast is not the best but the rest of the meals are great!

Okay so it is a very nice hotel!!! You have to pay for the cocktails but everything else in all inclusive. This makes a great budget hotel, about 4 or 5 pools, massive dinner area with properly cooked food, sauna and some other cool parts. The best thing is they serve coke not pepsi which a lot of places don't do xD I would recommend this hotel if you do not have a lot of money

Great place lack of info regarding what's on and when things open and close staff freindly but location is a but out of the way nothing near by really. Small town center about 10/15 min walk.

The entertainment team and staff make the holiday amazing Exceptionally clean always. Beach on the door and try the bag shop outside the complex for fantastic bargains and lovely sales people x

Truly spectacular resort. The staff were truly friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious and plentiful. The accommodation was very comfortable.

Pleasent Hotel
"I stayed here for 2 weeks and I had aplesent holiday every thing about this hotel was wonderful I found the food was plenty and different kind everyday, Rooms are very clean and lovely with big balcon. The hotel has several pools, a beautiful beach special for the Hotel guests, drinks are served at the sea beach. The staff are brilliant although they dont all speak English but they try their best, they are always smiing and the best is they guy in the receiption Mr Ali.

The only downside of this Hotel is the WIFI, you can only get at the reception, and not in the rooms.

Lovely hotel, nice staff/people. Rooms are nice and clean, only negative would have to be the aircon wasn't the best in the rooms. It's a hotel that caters for all ages and I'd definitely go back!
