Very friendly staff and always greeting you with a smile , very clean, room service is very reliable, very convenient location close to all tourist attractions and lots of currency exchange offices with great rates, I recommend booking includes the breakfast buffet; it offers a great variety of Turkish breakfast food and great tea and coffee options too.

At first: I am just rating the restaurant. Not the hotel.
The service is pretty good but I am not wondering about that, because I am in Turkey that's normal here ☺️
The stuff is friendly but not too much. 😆
the iskender kebab and the turkish tea was also good but not the best.
The Turkish Delights (Baklava) get three stars from five.

Really nice hotel with access to tram. The staff was polite and helpful and they could understand English. You can have lunch and dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet is almost complete.
