Bad rooms very noisy chiller (air-condition) makes huge noise even when turned off couldn’t sleep maintenance is also bad called them

Very bad experience. Glad i stayed only one night!
Could not sleep from car sounds. There were bugs on the bed!!! Felt itchy all around my body

This hotel totaled our Istanbul trip. Do not book.
Jackhammering all day makes the entire building shake. And the sound resonates loudly in every room of the concrete building. Even high tech-ish solutions like a pink noise generator at high volume in earplugs can't block the noise out. There's no way of getting any sleep here.
The hotel manager is also just a Grand Bazaar pusher in suit and have no trouble throwing all honor out the window and saying anything to keep your money.
They also somehow advertised it as a 4 star hotel. Somewhere along the construction of the hotel, someone probably had the idea of a 4 star at some point but it's only veneered with the cheapest way to decorate something so they can take nice pictures and advertise it as a 4 star while running it with sub-hostel service. All the counter surfaces are stained and never cleaned. Cigarette smells passes through rooms. They don't enforce non smoking rooms either.
It's somehow also common practice in Istanbul for hotels to use violently HDR'ed pictures and CGIs in the advertising so you have no idea what you actually get.
It's also in a messy part of town so you have to be in full combat mode the moment you leave the front doors.response / report this review
