Good hotel, kind staff, always offers you tea when in meeting or waiting at the lobby. Nice room, amenities and breakfast. Stayed for two days on a business trip an couldn't use the spa, pool and other facilities. Good location near to main avenues to reach other points of the city. Locatend in a less conservative area were you can find good restaurants, malls where they serve alcohol.

Aircon didn't work in first room. Replacement room stunk of smoke. The gym is more like a dungeon. No free drinking water available. The sauna seats are mostly broken. This should not be classed as a 5 star, 4 would be more appropriate.

Nice Hotel. Impressive building. Central Location and reasonable pricing. Rooms clean and well maintained. Service is always halpful and friendly. Bar with no alcoholic drinks. A recommendation when you stay in Ankara.
