The hotel is better than I expected, and the price was the cheapest in the area. Its surrounded by city center shopping and malls. one of the best places to stay in the down town Ankara and very close to all major embassies and government offices. very safe area. There are many live music and performance most of the time around the hotel.

It was the worst hotel i ve ever been, everything was broken, the rooms were brown because of the smoke, it was very loud, the insultation was very bad, the air condition was not working in all of the rooms. The employes always were like to excuse everything. The dishes were still dirty, it was really a horror trip.
in three days we had to change our room three times. the first was really too dirty too loud and too warm becaus ist was at the east side.
the second, the toilet got broken so we had to change the second time.
never never again.

Even though its a three star hotel, it was very good. The employees were very helpful. One man carried our heavy bags for over three blocks. The food is very good and simple. The location is great too, because its right it the center of Kizilay.
