  This hotel is one of the good ones in the area. The pools are mixed unlike some others where male and female pools are separate. Hot water is really relaxing and the pool room has a nice atmosphere. Open pool on the roof is also fun, although it could better if the flooring material was ceramic instead of cheap plastic and the water was warmer. Food quality could be improved, but still the selection is rich in both breakfast and dinner. Overall, service/price ratio is quite good considering all options in the vicinity.

  I think it is the best hotel in Termal.
  But it needs improvement such as they don't have to mention that there is charge for messing towels ! I think this thing can't make you 4 star hotel also the Spa lounge and the pool they don't let you swim with any clothes you comfort with they require you to wear either bikini or Muslim's wear I didn't see in all the world someone require special suit for swimming.
  But its good and cleaned, also the stuff helpful and talking English very well
  The buffet is not really good.

  We like the hotel. Everything is clean and staff is generally friendly. They have a new nice pool at the roof. We visited the hotel two times and had always a very relaxing time there. Some cleaning personal does not speak english and is not really guest friendly. But the guy at the ground spa is really funny and speak good english and a bit german. The employees at the reception are helpful but sometimes not friendly which is sadly common in turkey. For Example: We leave the hotel but nobody ask us if everything was ok. BTW: It is not possible to buy any alcohol in the hotel ;)
