I have stayed at this hotel during my Canakkale trip with my wife, however it wasn't really good experience for both of us. The customer service was poor and the management was even worse. They ended up changing the price that we agreed on to pay.

After I request to talk to the manager, he was super mean to me and actually made me regret to stay at the hotel. Wouldn't recommend!

Gorgeous hotel with secluded interior garden. When I was stressed from city noise it was perfect. The staff are excellent and breakfast is one of the best I've had!

I stayed in this hotel last year and it was amazing! Very friendly guys at the reception, free tea and coffee at the lobby, a fairy tale patio with a fountain, where you can relax and read a book. The room was clean, the breakfast was tasty. I was sad to leave that place and I really hope to come there again.

Comfortable big bed in a small room. Hotel doesn't have it's own parking but has agreement with parking in about 250 m from hotel. Behind the main entrance there is a beautiful calming garden with fountain and refreshing green grass. I didn't like narrow curtains on windows. I find them insufficient. Shower cabin door in my room was absent.

Town hotel. For limited expectations. Easy to access everywhere. Inner garden and relaxing fountain. Historical building. English speaking staff. Calm place. 4 kittens. Different price policies according to online and by phone reservations. No shower cabin door. Standard breakfast. Too close to bed ac system. Small rooms. No easy access for disabled guests or families with baby car. Curtains are not helpful for privacy.

Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed. Wide range of food at breakfast and at a very central location. The only downsides were the hot water running out at 8.30 and the hairdryer didn't properly fit in the plug next to the sink (minor things!) Staff are very friendly and will help in whichever way the can.

Chambre propre spacieuse, sanitaires propres et accueil appréciable. Parle anglais.
Le cadre est beau, l'hôtel est composé de deux parties dont une une qui date de l'empire ottoman. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bon.

Good hotel with ancient look. Great garden where the breakfast is served. Small but convenient and cozy rooms.
The service is ok.No own parking but they offer parking service with payment.

Historic hotel with nice rooms and great beds. Lovely interior gardens with cafe service and a great Turkish breakfast. If you want coffee with breakfast you have to bring your own Nescafe and make it yourself. Staff is great and speaks English. It would be my hotel of choice on any future visits.
