Toiletries are available but don't expect the smell is something you are used to. No tissue papers in room. Prepare your own drinking water & water for wash up if need. They have safe, room slippers. No hairdryer. No toothbrush set.

Nice view, high quality 5 stars hotel. Hotel's bar and restaurant is really nice. For the breakfast it has huge variety of traditional and the global tastes served. It is a little bit far from center but as many place in Çanakkale still quite enough to reach city center by only 1 bus. Until late night you can find public bus ( pls confirm at reception). If you need something traditional or some snack you can easily reach to mall called Kipa just 100 mt away from hotel. Also you can reach to new Shopping Mall Center called 17 Burda AVM on foot 15-20 min.

Hotel is average. Room is big but towel a little threadbare. Our room is far away from lobby. Buffet dinner is basic only. Worse is service. Staff can just closed the lift door even you almost there. Restaurant staff racist; stating part of dining is for Turkish people even though tour guide said free sitting.

Hotel requires some basic maintenance, paint peeling, loose power points.
Popular with large touring groups, so restaurant is very busy, be prepared to line up, and food not that good, very bland.
Ask when tour groups are scheduled to eat..and go after or before.the large groups that were there when we were. We're rude, pushing, and showed no respect or consideration to other guests.response / report this review -

Rooms and main building is really good. Stuff friendly. Location is really convenient and meals are delicious I like this hotel.

Good location with main road in front and beach at the other side. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Wifi is strong. Room facilities are very good. I really like to have a kettle in room. The best hotel in Canakkale as my opinion.

It's a very beautiful hotel which close to Tory.
And the beach is just in the behind. If you want to shoping when stay here, the Kipa supermarket is face to the hotel, and you can find the the other shopping mall around 1 km distance.response / report this review -

The facility inside the hotel is good. The outdoor swimming poor is great! A big supermarket just in front of the hotel. You can buy Turkish stuff with reasonable price there.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The pools were very nice, although a little cold. The indoor Jacuzzi was really nice, bring a swimming cap if you want to swim though, otherwise you'll have to buy one from them. There's also a large supermarket across the street which is perfect for stocking up on snacks while we moved on to the next cities! Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with great spa and food buffet. Personnel where extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. Fantastic view and the rooms are fantastic, cosy, elegant and spacious. Various places to hang out within the 8 floors including bars and restaurants as well a few shops. Bars even have live music with music quizzes for guests. Overall a fantastic experience! I would definitely recommend and go again myself.
