You must bargain up to 80% to get fair price similar with other market.
Very interesting place and easy to find Turkish products here
You will be able to find almost anything that you are looking for at the Grand Bazaar.
This includes:
Souvenirs, lanterns, bags, sunglasses, scarfs, paintings, watches, general jewellery, Turkish delights, magnets, books, footwear.
There are so many stalls that you can easily spend 3 hours or more at the Grand Bazaar.
Always make sure that you take a good look around before purchasing and also negotiate the price as a lot of the shops do not have price tag on the items.
Even some of the shops that do have a price tag overprice their items for the tourists- so negotiate to an appropriate price.
Absolutely must to visit - even if you just walk though the Grand Bazaar.
Many things you can buy here. This is a market that in a building built in 1461 AD. Cool!

I think everybody must visit grandbazaar who is trip to İstanbul, There are more than 3.000 shops ,it is oldest shopping mall which one is ancient ,you can spend your all time in a day.. have a nice fun to you..
The roofed market is one of the attractions of Istanbul that you can not avoid, especially if you are in a tourist group. Always crowded, items are overpriced and most of them are made in China. Some decades ago it would be a very interesting market with eastern goods, but not anymore. Colorful, vivid and noisy, if you have time to spend, pay a visit._
