Venezia, operating under the umbrella of Gürsoy Holding, was designed with the Venetian concept – the most exquisite illustration of the Italian architecture. Bringing the outlet stores of the world-famous brands to the European Side of Istanbul, Venezia was awarded as one of the best 3 Outlets of the World. Turning the dream of Venice into a reality, Venezia even includes the construction of the renowned Piazza San Marco (St. Mark’s Square).
With the food court around Piazza San Marco, and lined up world-famous brands, Venezia also offers the joy of shopping on gondolas. Decorated with the spectacular Venetian Canals, Venezia enables shopping on gondolas. Meanwhile, the brands lined up indoors offer a pleasing shopping for the visitors with their exclusive sky-themed ceiling architecture. Offering a unique architecture in Turkey together with the joy of shopping, Venezia is on the top ranks as the most remarkable project among the investments recently realized in Istanbul.
Just 15 minutes away from the city center, Venezia also offers an easy access. Located in Küçükköy district of the European side of Istanbul, just on the crossroad of the former Edirne road and Metris, Venezia welcomes you right next to Tem. For those who wish to visit the outlet by mass transportation, getting off at Kiptaş Venezia (formerly Metris) tram stop is the most practical alternative for access.
A place that resembles the city of Venice. Its ground floor have water streems and canoes. There is a first floor in some places and an underground with a sky resembling ceiling. Very nice place and usually un crowdy.
You do not need to go to Venice anymore and spend two or three days to enjoy its beauty. Now you can live in Venice and you are in the heart of Istanbul
The project, in its architectural style, addresses the Italian city of Venice, in terms of water channels with a width of 8 meters, narrow alleys, large squares and small boats that roam through the water channels.
A very beautiful mall filled with all the famous stores. Perfect for family enjoyment and shopping. Its river style lanes are very lovely while you can enjoy a short family boat sail between the stores for cheap. It has both open air, indoor and underground shops. I love this magnificent mall.

This shopping mall has a nice touch that it is mostly outdoors, at least on the upper level, which works well if, as today, it is not raining. The Venetian canals and St Marks tower also add interest. There were some bargains to be found and a small number of market stalls. The gondoliers were not working: maybe too early in the season, and anyway they can only reach some of the canals. Might have been nice to have some fish and/or aquatic fowl in the "canals". Best way to get there by public transport is probably the T4 tram line: it has its own station. A metro line is under construction.
All you need of clothing brands are on the first floor, the downstair floor has only electric and electronic stores,
But this mall also has a good coffee inside in the center of it, and other stores are mostly for clothes.
It would be better to have a good look before you decide to buy any item because if you bought something, it would be a bit harder to return it and get your money back.
Also, if you are a traveler, do not forget to ask for tax-form claims, but you have to buy of more than 120 TR, so you can laterally claim it on the Airport, and the percentage is roughly 17%.
This mall also has a pharmacy in the mall.
Some international brands are presented in the mall. Some storage have attractive discounts. Some others are not. Number of shops are not that much but the design of open of that mall is really impressive.
Very calm, nice architecture, a place where you can find all what you need. The blue water of the "river" there is just so beautiful. They offer tours around the area by small boats as if you are in Venezia of Italy but you are in Istanbul ^_^
I highly recommend the place for hanging out with family and children.
Very nice out door and indoor shopping experience. Great verity of restaurants. Reasonable prices but not as expected for an outlet. Highly recommended for families with kids. Considering the weather when visiting is very important.

Nice living compound in middle of Istanbul on top of good shopping mall metro station is only 20 meters away now under construction also the Tram is only 20 meters away in service takes you to Topkapi station.
It's a big shopping center with an amazing design which gives a feeling of being at italy if you haven't been there before, otherwise I would feel completely normal, it also has the amazing touch of adding a river. The only bad thing about it is how far it is from the city center. Otherwise it's absolutely great with a wide choice of shops
good price of there cuz a lot of these stores are outlet store , you can found good things and good prices ❤️👌🏼💸
Quite a disappointment for me after expecting a nice replica of Venice, at least some parts of it. San Marco Square is still recognized only by the tower, but nothing else is anything similar to Venice. There is a gondola ride though, I'll give them that
Super new Mall with a large variety of TRUE outlet stores that are clearing out old inventory and good prices
Shops here are mainly outlet, so no new products. Also, it can get too crowded.
Hard to define it a real outlet. There are few outlet shops and a lot of usual ones.
There are very few customers around and the shops are mostly empty
Nice place to get some good clothes. I like LC Wakiki and Coton there. Also Mado serves good foods.
It's a nice place with beautiful designing.. It's a nice place for walking..
the problem it's a little bit far away from the centre of Istanbul, it's not including that big collection of restaurants and brands..
