  Kale Terrase has AMAZING traditional Turkish food which is complimented by even better service. The entire staff is super friendly, welcoming and attentive. This is the perfect place to sit outside for lunch and enjoy the weather or to warm up by their fire at night.

  This may have been a one-off experience, but we received horrible customer service straight from the owner. One of the waiters cracked the testi pot on me and spilled the hot contents all over my lap. I had to run to the bathroom to wash it off, and got a pretty bad burn on my thigh. No one apologized, and the owner actually wanted to charge us for the other meals saying that we ate from them. He said if we were upset, we should've created a scene instead of sitting quietly and eating our meal

  I would love to visit again someday. The food taste amazing and the staff are also awesome. Place is cozy.

  Service was attentive but never hovered.
  We had lentil soup and the lamb clay pot. Generous amounts of lamb and wonderfully tender. Hot meals and the warm fireplace was a blessing on a cold day. There are set menus which proved to be great value.

  It was the worst, most unfriendly service we had during our three days of stay in Goreme. Long-hair young girls we were served by was very fussy. Also, food is not as good as some others we tried in the neighbourhood. Wish we had gone elsewhere. Avoid disappointment and spend your money elsewhere! !
