The family managing this hotel are just a bunch of racist a******. They talk and curse on their customers back all day long, they lie about rooms settings (views etc). When a guest leave the room they match all the half used shampoo bottles and poor it to make it full again, same goes for toilet paper they roll two half used papaer rolls together etc Oh and as an old employee the boss broke my phone for no apparent reason and never payed the salary of the month I worked there. I was supposed to be a receptionist but really these jerks don't make a difference between receptionist, waiter and barman. AND thank god I am not a refugee, because these people are employing young refugees and paying them half of the minimum wage

الفندق غير جيد للعائلات - للشباب ممتاز وموقعه قريب منه كل ماتريد -فندق اقتصادي يؤدي الغرض -اذا كنت تحب الدلع والرفاهيه لاتسكن فيه روح وادفع -بالنسبه لي القيمه مقابل الموقع اهم شي😀

The communication of this hotel is terrible. I'm not sure why Expedia even has them on their listing. They don't pick up the phone and they disconnect you when you begin to talk. Something is very wrong here.

A very bad service because they treat the customers very bad like they're like animals. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all , the insects in everywhere, the fridge smells bad , the bed is not clean, the bathroom is sloppy, dirty dealings with people, screaming loudly at the people and throwing their things outside the room without even asking their permission, so i don't recommend it at all and thanks

I have never had such bad service as I had here. And nobody even cares..
My last 24 hours at this Hotel have been one of the most awful Hotel stays I have experienced.. they threw our clothing and all our things outside the hotel without telling us anything we was outside the hotel and we got late only for just a couple minutes and when we get back we surprised that all our important things is outside the hotel on the floor like we are just like animals not customersit's was my worst day everthe worst hotel the worst service everresponse / report this review -

Bad .Pls be careful from this place هذا الفندق غير جيد على الاطلاق .يقوم المسؤلين عليه بالدخول للغرفه والعبث بأغراض النزلاء وطردهم بطريقه همجيه .النظافه وسخه حشرات داخل الثلاجه .يقوم بالغاء حجزك عن طريك بوكينق .ويبدل الغرفه وتنحسب عليك رسوم الالغاء من موقع بوكينق مع دفع رسوم الغرفه الاخرى .انصح لانني خبير بالسياحه بشده الابتعاد عن هذه الفندق الخطير والله طريقتهم جدا همجيه. وتقيمه ليس نجمه بل اسواء على خارطة السياحه .

a total rip-off:
world's smallest showers, ( I'm 1metre 72 ) smallest toilette paper rolls ( luckily I travel with lots of tissues ), tiniest soap.
During a 7 night stay, the sheets were changed only once.
no wi.fi and impossible to receive telephone calls from france and , even, istanbul without being , either, not connected to the caller, at all or cut off the middle of the conversation.
If the phone is answered, ( there is not, always, a receptionist ) only approximate English is spoken, no German, no French.
My husband called me 3 days running without being connected to my room. I missed an important rndzvs with istanbul friends.
Not open-minded. the Owners wife asked me why I was a woman traveling alone. How rude. I would, never, ask her why she wears a veil. I tolerant of everyone.
My second trip to Istanbul was ruined.response / report this review
