  Very 'basic' hotel (don't expect much from a typical Accor chain hotel). One example: we wanted to use the air conditioning, asked for help as it was only throwing hot air and reception said "the system is set for hot air if you want fresh air open the window"!   Spent two nights there. Very pleasant, rooms are big enough, well kept and quiet in spite of the busy road in front. Good restaurant, nice food, there is also music played live in the evening. Breakfast offers wide variety of food. The gym is well equipped and kept. All that for a very good price. I do recommend this place.

  Very nice rooms, with everything you need. Even plugs to connect your gaming console to the TV, WiFi was fast, a very nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the minibar was stacked. Very pleasant stay.

  Güler yüzlü ve ilgisi personel için otel yönetimine teşekkür ederim. otel şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde ve otel odalarına gelirsek odalar gayet temiz düzenli günlük ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak . yine odaların büyük ve ferah olması önemli, fiyat otel kıyaslaması yaparsak kesinlikle Kayseri de eşini bulamayacağınız bir otel, Kayseri ye yolum düştüğünde bir kez daha tercih edeceğim konaklama yeri olacak düşünen arkadaşlar önerimdir

  Nice useful clean rooms. Stable free internet at all areas. Food is nice. Free tea and coffee in your room.
