We made our booking through internet once we arrived we were greeted with smiles we were shown to our rooms fantastic veia of kayseri very large clean rooms, workers were very hospitable & polite, especially KEZBAN she was well spoken & mannerd (receptionist) five stars from me also we had five star breakfast thankyou Hilton kayseri.

This hotel is terrible for it's price. The rooms don't have air-conditioning and kayseri can be very hot, we couldn't sleep well; the towels were so old that they had holes; the floor of the sauna is so old that it was broken and looked very dirty, there were kids playing inside the sauna (very dangerous and difficult to relax); and the staff didn't speak English. In general this is a very old abandoned hotel that you shouldn't pay much for.

Located in the heart of the city, Hilton makes it easy access to many historical locations and the down town. The personnel is very helpful and smiling. The city pub at the lobby offers live music and a cosy atmosphere. During skiing season, the hotel offers you winter packages and discount on equipment rental at Hilton lounge at Tekir Kapı on Erciyes Ski Resort.
Breakfast open buffet can be better provided, they have herbal tea selection, walnut and more cheese types. The sauna facility is only for men, which is very disappointing and makes you feel discriminated as a woman.response / report this review -

Hilton Kayseri, Kayseri’nin kalbi Cumhuriyet Caddesi’nde, eşsiz bir konuma sahip. Öyle ki Kayseri'nin tarihi siluetini oluşturan tüm gezilip görülecek mimari yapılara ve müzelere yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer yandan havalimanına 5 km, Erciyes Kayak Merkezi'ne 20 ve Kapadokya'ya da 1 saat uzaklıkta. Elbette en önemlisi de Hilton hizmet ve konfor standartlarında bir konaklama sunuyor oluşu. İki günlük Kayseri seyahatimde, konforu, temizliği ve güler yüzlü personeliyle Hilton Kayseri’den çok memnun kaldım.

Ik vond de bedden iets minder van kwaliteit. Kamer was veel te warm omdat de luchtkoeling centraal wordt geregeld. Hierdoor waren we genoodzaakt om met open ramen te slapen (eind april) welk resulteerde in slechte nachrust. Ontbijt was prima. Uitzicht was grandioos. We hadden zogenaamd een rookvrije kamer maar daar had ik mijn twijfels erover vanwege de aanwezige rooklucht.
