  I think this hotel is one of the best hotels in Ankara.. very good stuff.. not very expensive.. and near to the metro station.

  This is not 4 star hotel, but the price for night for 2 persons with breakfast is more than good and fair enough. The cleaning is just good not very good, the breakfast is excellent (due to the price) the reception people are good and friendly, the wifi is poooor.

  I have no idea what rating system they use but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Its incredibly dated and over priced. The room hygiene is severely lacking and I am pretty sure that its unsafe. The air vents are clogged up with dirt and dust that's been there for most likely a decade, the carpet is a breeding ground for bacteria which certainly needs to be replaced. Rooms either smell old and stale or reek of cigarettes. The hotel lobby looks luxurious but ones you step into the hallways you quickly begin to see that this is a dated hotel. Staff don't seem bothered and lack basic English. There are serious problems with WiFi and the electricity keeps going off and on randomly. While the location is good, close to several city links, the street is incredibly noisy. The Aircon unit is dirty and definitely unsafe for use.
  
  I am no hotel expert but this place is seriously old, dirty and honestly disgusting. I have no idea how people give this place such good reviews, I guess standard are different around the world. But honestly, this place is not 4 stars, closer to 0.5

  İş için iki gece kaldım ve çok memnun ayrılıyorum. Temizlik konusuna gelince ufak bir problem bende yaşadım fakat yetkililere bildirdiğimde daha iyi bir odaya transferim gerçekleştirildi. Teşekkürler GürKent Hotel
