  I think this is one of the best 4stars hotel i've ever seen . Good rooms, good reception, and the amazing thing is that they can speak English!! :D All things are good i like this hotel

  This was by far the worst experience in a hotel my wife and I have ever had being international travelers.. They have NO multilingual staff at all thus no one to hear your grievances, no room service, no hand towels to dry your hands, no wash cloths to clean your body, no cups to drink faucet water and the reason we we're forced to drink faucet water while cupping our hands is due to the empty mini bar they claim to offer as yet another amenity they lied about offering.. As for the "worldwide breakfast buffet" they pride themselves on, well, cold, old potatoes, dried out pound cake, plastic fruit (literally), old, cracked hardboiled eggs, juice that I'm quite sure at one time was carbonated and an empty water cooler are just a few of the gourmet cuisine items available.. My wife and I tried on several occasions to complain to a manager only to be blankly stared at and dismissed.. This Turist Hotel should be shut down immediately to preserve all humanity..
