Very bad hotel at all
It was nasty
The staff not friendly
Food not tasty
Not allow to bring food and drinks from out side

The hotel is very clean, exactly what I would expect Holiday Inn to be. Very conveniently located not too far away from Metro(5minutes) and the Cevahir mall(hope i spelled it correctly). There are restaurants just right across the street which are open late, few 24 hours(Pehlivan in of them).

We went there for some time. The hotel is little cramped. The reception staff can hardly speak English.

Very nice hotel in the middle of a very good spot and active nearby places.
Very nice atmosphere and great breakfast buffet, missing some fruits though.
Loved the channels on TV

Lake of experience on every aspect! They got very mad because I rated them 1 star, and they supervisor asked me what do you eat in Syria? since I said "Food Sucks". I'm bringing this rating back again because google reminded me to rate this hotel.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel.
We took 2 rooms one of them could have city view but instead of that it was terrible with no view for both.
The mattress was uncomfortable because it was damaged.
Every time we need to get in to the room we needed a new card from reception !!
The air condition makes bad noise all the time.
In the last night we called the reception to ask about the late check out and the speaker was very rood with us !!
Finally, they took more amount of money from my credit card for third room for 3 nights and I e-mailed them to return my money back and they didn't respond to my e-mail !! Who can help me for thatresponse / report this review -

Great hotel, the service was awesome and fast, very clean hotel and rooms are vast and neat.
SPA is also great, with a swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna.
They only offer breakfast, other meals you can use room service with payment.
The location of the hotel is great with so many restaurants and shops near it.
It is on Sisli and easy to get whenever you want with taxies or buses.response / report this review -

We came to Istanbul to see friends and we decided to stay at Holiday Inn Sisli. The service was impecable, the rooms were always clean, and the overall experience was five-star. Whenever we needed anything our concierge, Dogukan, always helped us with anything we needed. He was very knowledgeable of the area and spoke perfect English. Even the breakfast that they offered downstairs was over the top quality. It consisted of a FULL Turkish breakfast. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
