Property is good and well maintained, staff are cooperative.

Really nice and clean hotel. Hotel manager was really friendly. Very close to Istanbul Ataturk Airport and a bit far from the city. The breakfast was wonderful. There are local shops in a walking distance (take the back door to find a supermarket)

Good hotel near the airport. It is very far from the center and they don't have a shuttle service so the only way to get to the center is by taxi, which can be expensive. There was a hot water pot in my room, I don't remember seeing a hair dryer.

Turkish Airlines hosted me at this hotel due to delay in my trip. I found it a wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent the staff, room and breakfast. I love the room especially the glass wall is very sexy and the most interesting is the breakfast is very wonderful and delicious. The hotel is close to the airport and to a big shopping center. They really made me love Istanbul and I am sure I'll visit it again.

It's a lovely hotel. Be warned, the shuttle from the airport only runs certain times. Because of its close proximity to the airport, its hard to find a cab driver to take you there. It should only cost 25 to 30 lira, but they will want to charge double or triple that amount.

We had a 20 people’s accomodation in the hotel for a week! Everything is ok. But NEVER NEVER NEVER ask hotel to wash anything for you! They destroyed one G.A suit, 3 or 4 shirts, 1 jacket for different people.

Very nice, a good gym, good breakfast and comfortable rooms. There is not much around here but there is a mall within 15 minutes walks. People are friendly.

Very calm and clean hotel. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport, airport shuttle is available 3xtimes a day. The meal is so good unbelievable. The chief must be very professional. Friendly staff and I recommend anyone want to relax and have a enjoyable calm holiday.

Could be so much more. The facade gives an impression that simply doesn't hold up. It touts itself as higher end with superior service yet they fall short in so many areas that just aren't excusable. From extremely slow check in, quite unfriendly staff and rooms that appear clean at first but are wildly gross just under the surface. A few of note: 45 minute check in. Extreme pee stains on the bed. Lots of trash under the bed. Room that was barely surface cleaned and quite a turn-off. Phone to call front desk didn't work so I had to head downstairs for room service. With only one room key, and having it required as an insert to turn the lights on as well as to access the elevator, I had to leave my wife in the dark to get room service. When I tried to order something at the restaurant, they kept suggesting something different. When I said I'd like the one item, they asked me 'what this isn't good enough for you?' I tried to tell him I was sure what he was suggesting was fine but my wife and I wanted another item following this the manager suddenly decided that the menu was no longer available and we would have to choose from the late night menu (even though the time on the menu clearly showed we had over half an hour left) and of course, our selected items weren't on there. We were stuck with some really iffy apps and had to just go with that. After killing 2 hours+ just checking in and ordering food + the 1hr to have it sent up, we were left with 5 hrs till we had to be back up and heading to the airport. So off to sleep on the pee stained bed and grab a few hours. not the best experience for certain.

Nice hotel nearby airport. It s possible to get discount if you agree with Turkish airlines on airport (We paid 55 Eur for triple room).
Rooms are nice and clean, but service is really slow as everywhere im Turkey.

Really nice hotel,thanks to Turkish Airways they made me experience the luxury of this nice hotel,they got morning meals for guest in the rooms,free WiFi,wonderful rooms,the designs and comfort is just amazing,very professional,car services,pools,spa,its also close to the airport which makes it easy to get to the airport under 10mins,I had a wonderful stay.

Hotel is nice and rooms are very clean. We arrived at 12:30 am and room temperature was 28 degrees.
By the morning ac was not working and we got cooked. I complained when I left in the morning and the same thing when we returned. They sent some one to fix it at 11pm and it's not fixed. Two nights with no sleepresponse / report this review -

I would highly recommend this place. Very welcoming and helpful staff with a down to earth attitude. Amazing spa facilities in the arena. Double bed and the bathrooms were awesome.

Located about 15 minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle but it only runs about 3xs per day, which is odd. Rooms were nice enough. Shampoo and toiletries provided. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with a nice spread.
