Swimming pool avaliable. Cleanest rooms. Really nice and welcoming stuff. However the noise of the airport is noted enough!

We had 3 nights in this hotel, the location is ok ,cleanliness is average , not too busy, staff attitude is below expectations , poor english ,we couldn't communicate well though..

Good overall experience. Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are clean, they have good wifi and good in room dining. Housekeeping staff is slightly annoying at times as they knock on your door a thousand times quote early in the morning!
Very close proximity to Ataturk Airport and CNR Expo fairground. Plus, lots of restaurants nearby.
Taxis are also very easily available.response / report this review -

Mashallah very good staff cooperate very lovely dealings with coustomer and need and clean stuff and Mashallah very good and Excellent and very very very good Breakfast I really enjoyed and good cooking, I'm proud of your Hotel. When ever I will visit Turkey Istanbul again I will be Istanbul Gonen Hotel.

1 star for the hotel staff. Zero responsibility, mean receptionists work there. Don't believe what the pictures show and the website says, when you get there they say different. In August 2017, I booked a family connected room from Booking App, when I got there they gave us two separate rooms not even close to each other. We booked for three days, so had to stay there because couldn't get money back plus they never mentioned about extra money they took from our card and returned after check out. Totally mess! When we got there first to check in, one lady was complaining and yelling at receptionist and he talked and yelled back at customer which is not ok to me. Be careful if you don't want to be charged twice or more. For these three days nobody came and cleaned our room, I had to call or catch one of the housekeepers to give trash and dirty towels and get clean ones and free bottled water.The hotel(building) itself was pretty nice and beautiful and close to Ataturk airport, supermarkets and mall.

Very nice hotel. It is 5 minutes from the airport. And exactly opposite to the hotel there is a mall called star city. It's only 20 minutes from Taksim square

Very nice hotel with actual 5 star facilities and service quite near IST airport. Transfer for free at day time (ask hotel staff). Lobby and all various halls around are spacious and good decorated. Colour stones geometric and flower mosaics on floors are superb. Rooms are not very big, but cosy with the very comfortable bed and all necessary amenities inside. Full set of toilettries is of wood quality. Indoor and outdoor pools, hamam and sauna are available for free, but you must have rubber slippers (it is possible to buy here). Breakfast propose variety of fresh baked buns, vegetables, assorted cheeses, sausage etc. and more.

It was very clean with a great and nice staff who help u when ever u need them. Also the breakfast was delicious as well . A bit far from the center. good hotel for the ones who want to be far from the city center. 10 mins distance to Ataturk airport. u can easily take a taxi with 20 Turkish lira to reach there :)
