هتل fermanhilal در استامبول یکی از بدترین هتلها از لحاظ مدیریت هتل بوده و عصبانی شدن مسول پذیرش نشان از نداشتن دانش هتل داری می باشد از نظر من این هتل بیشتر یک مساف خانه بدون ستاره هست

This hotel is even less than a two stars hotel, but calls itself a four star one. Everything was of the worst. Room small, room cleanness and services too bad, no soap, no tooth brush or tooth paste, no suitable closet for clothes, breakfast very poor, dishes unclean, management and staff unfriendly and even rude, internet at room weak, no. Parking, quite uncomfortable, so that every passenger had complaint for their bad services. During the last 5 days of my family stay in the hotel, not only we were not satisfied of our stay, but also we were quite angry of being cheated and of our money loss, because we have paid for a 4 star hotel while have stayed in a less than 2 stars hotel. The only good thing is its short distance with Taksim square. It shall be noted that I have been in many hotels of 3 and 4 and even 5 stars hotels of different countries and my evaluation is based on the reality.
Anyway, for all of the above-mentioned bad points, I will not go back to that hotel any more and would never and ever recommend it to anyone else.

فندق عادي لاكبر درجه صغير ودرج مدخل الفندق عالي ومتعب للكبار لايوجد به اي خدمات غرفه صغيره وغير مفروشه والخدمه المقدمه لك تنظف الغرفه مع تغيير المناشف فقط تسمع الاصوات الخارجيه ( يميزه موقعه في منطقه آمنه )

Nice little, or as the call it boutique, hotel. Rooms are Cousy and warm in the winter. Very friendly staff which helped me a good deal during my stay.
The breakfast was OK. It is nothing exotic, but very satisfying, I enjoyed the turkish tea.
Location is good to the heart of Istanbul. Many shops are around to do shopping. Subway is a few minutes walk, and I could also walk to Galata Tower, which has a fantastic view of Istanbul.
