Staff are very polite, friendly and informative. Clean comfortable rooms, shuttle to city centre and airport available. Overall a very good hotel.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 8 days while I was recovering. I am really glad I picked this hotel, The rooms are a good size and the decor is lovely not to in your face. My favourite feature was the bathroom as it has beautiful lighting! Location of the hotel isn’t too bad unfortunately quite far from the real hustle bustle of Istanbul. But I guess this hotel is probably better for people who aren’t really looking to explore Istanbul but either way the hotel and the service is 5 star. Worth the money
Thank you for your services provided.

The price was the only good thing here
Other than that, it was a bad experience. The staff were not trained; they do not respond to our requests to fix the air conditioner and to clean the room unless we call them like 5 times a day. Most of them speak poor English. They do not even apologize for the problems happened, like giving us a smoking room, although we have ordered a non-smoking one.
    Conclusion: never again!

This is a nice hotel, but when it gets busy, the service is not so good. I would come back and probably even recommend to my friends.

I just checked in and everything is perfect so far. They helped with my room and a taxi tomorrow morning. All That Remains to be seen is how good the traditional Turkish breakfast buffet is in the notum. Kind,, friendly staff and great room.

Very nice hotel, good service but difficult to communicate with the staff as some hardly speak English. Good but expensive breakfast.

This was my First stay at Elite(Airport) and definitely it will not be the Last.
I must say every encounter from check in to check out was perfect. Especially I would like to compliment the folks who are responsible for the breakfast.
    My compliments

It's very comfortable and luxurious place for couples and specifically for families with babies. The staff is super in hospitality with the guests. Also the location is perfect as it's very close to the airport.

Overall it is a very nice hotel. The problem that I will describe is one hundred percent my fault, but the way your front desk staff handled it was absolutely abysmal. I happened to leave a ring and my money pouch in room 1515 on August 4th. That money pouch contained $550 Canadian Dollars. We left the hotel at 4:50 am, I was tired and was stupid enough not to remember the money. When I did recall after our flight to Egypt it was 8:50 am. My partner and I called the front desk to have them go and check whether or not it could be retrieved. We were hung up on after 5 and 10 minute holds respectively. We called back and we're told to call after 3pm if we would want to speak to a manager. (2pm was check in time for guests, so calling back after three would guarantee that everything would be gone). We tried calling FIVE more times. I was hung up on each time while the front desk employees toyed with me and asked to speak to various people and would refuse to offer any help at all. The final time, frustrated, my partner called and immediately specifically asked them to not hang up or transfer her and they hung up on her right away. Left a very very bitter taste in my mouth. Hoping that money went to one of the cleaning staff, considering the front office staff are unhelpful and undeserving of any charity.

I usually stay at this hotel in between my long flights and I absolutely love it. The bus is always on time, the service is nice, the rooms are quiet and beautiful. Always enjoy staying here! Best price/quality ratio if you are looking for something close to the airport.

Grat attention to detail, it isc like they were reading your mind but their english was awful, all and all their services and friendliness outweight their lack of command of the english language would i recommend this to friend? Yes!! 1001 times over, good place to relax and see the sites without the hassle of the local guide hustlers and to sleep off a long flight.

Really good service. They have local guide, ask for Gengiz, speaks perfect English and us a walking library concerning Turkey/Istanbul history. Hotel has own Turkish bath, free WiFi, Hi-tech rooms with all business requirements. 5mins from airport.

The hotel is ok but if you want to see the historical side of istanbul then this shouldn't be your choice because it's realy far from there (depending on traffic 45mins to 2hours far). It's a business hotel so, near to airport (5-10mins drive) and some convention/fair venues. It's next to a main road so don't expect to see nature or something.

The Elite World Business hotel is one of the best hotels local to the airport. The quality of service, rooms and furnishings is more like a European 5 stars rather than a Turkish 5 stars, the restaurant serves very good food and drink, price is good also. I would recommend this hotel and will return here when next in Istanbul.

I used their free airport shuttle and got picked up from Ataturk airport. It was a 15 min ride to the hotel. The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are large and beautiful. The direct surroundings aren't very pretty, so if you want to go sightseeing as a tourist, I'd go elsewhere, but I just wanted to stay at a beautiful hotel at my first night upon arrival in Istanbul.
