  The company I had an interview experience with 2 hours ago. I've been an HR for 8 years. I have HR experience in Turkey's reputable companies. When I came to an apt apartment in Ankara-Birlik neighborhood, I realized that it was a 3rd class company and I was angry with myself for not returning from the door. As a person who has gone through hundreds of interviews due to my experience, I can write that this is the first time I have encountered such a person. Unprofessional questions were asked that would never be asked in a job interview. What do you care about my childhood, how much my mother loved my father, how many siblings I have? When I said that the questions they asked were not related to my experience and experience, the answers "We ask the questions here" already showed their quality and how professional they are. Am I in a job interview or I'm in the psychologist's chair and I couldn't tell if it was my childhood. Their style and style are incredibly ugly and full of arrogance. Recruiting and interviewing is a job of talent and should be left to the professionals. Do not expect good production from this mentality.

  I have never seen such rude people. Our problem is not with care. There are sick, elderly and families with children in the building, and despite our repeated requests, they do not pull their cars in front of the building because we are suffering. But the friends have nothing to do with the request and they do not care.
  If they pull it in front of the park on the side, it will be closer to them and you will not disturb the person. I hope you will take this article into consideration because we cannot get along with anyone by talking.

  If I think of it as customer satisfaction, they don't care at all. During the maintenance days, they come and go according to their minds, they do not even have the grace to stop by the manager and say if you have any missing or complaints. Despite this, they do not even fulfill the requirements of maintenance.

  The elevators are not good at all, they malfunction every day, but every day they are newly installed, a material can not be so deceitful.
