What matters to staff or potential personnel is not the turnover of a company, but what it can bring to the institution or organization it will work in, how it can get opportunities for its own development, working atmosphere, team and mutual goodwill.
Based on my experience, I have never left a total firm under suspicion, but human resources have surprised with their emotionality.
I have a request from human resources, especially if you specify your commercial title in your job postings, you can make a qualification at the first moment without ever entering these polemics.
