Great location, lovely staff. Room on 3rd floor was a bit small for 2 adults - it felt like a double bed for 1 adult but thats fine.
The only reservation I had was 9am house keeping knocking on the door and again every hour. 😂
Excellent location. Walking distance to sightseeing attractions, shops, restaurants, cafes, transportation and entertainment. The area felt very safe to walk even late at night.
The rooms are clean, linen, beds and pillows are great quality and comfortable.
Best of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular Sedat and hotel manager who were a huge help to us during our stay. I highly recommend and will stay there again when we go back for another visit.
Excellent service from all the staff, with special thank you to Yavuz, who was very kind and helpful at all times.
The hotel itself is in a great location, in walking distance from the main sights.
We enjoyed very much our stay and will choose this hotel again the next time we visit Istanbul.
There is also a very delicious restaurant just across the street.
We just stayed here for a week starting March 31st for a business meeting and periodic touring. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service, friendliness and location. I first thought it was a bit off center, but the park, archeological museums and park are minutes walk, and Hag Sophia just a bit further.
Plus, buy a transit card and the tram is 1 minute away. $0.25 takes you across town or over the golden horn. Nice & fun. Totally recommend it!
The hotel is located in a strategic area for visiting Istanbul. The staff are very kind and hospitable. The rooms are comfortable and the interior of the hotel is of a contemporary style with a minimalist taste. I recommend this hotel for those who want to visit the city and experience it to the fullest.
Good location larg rooms nice breakfast in the heart of istanbul
My husband and I traveled with 3 small children to Istanbul for 5 days. The hotel was clean, relaxing, quiet and we were provided with all immunities as in an American hotel. With all things meeting our expectation, the Hotel Front Office Manager OZAN CAKIR made our stay more pleasant as he was available to book a tour for us, direct us to a nearby laundry facility and even came to our room personally check on our satisfaction with the room and service. As all the staff were friendly and more than helpful, OZAN has been by far the most pleasant hotel staff member that we ever encountered.
We recommend the hotel to families as the staff even set aside time for us to enjoy Hamam and other Spa services while accommodating us with the small children.
Our kids were most fond of getting warm baked cookies when arriving to and leaving the hotel.
The Double Tree by Hilton gets a FIVE STAR rating from our family.
Have a good breakfast.. many kind of fresh food we can Found with a cozy place.. and good tast exellent
This hotel was beautiful! Everyone there was extremely helpful and warm. We got there a few hours before our check in time and we asked if it was possible for an early check in, we knew that the hotel was sold out but the front desk agent made it possible for us to get in our rooms ASAP.
We also got some help from a bellman named Serkan, he even offered to lend us his tram card. He was very sweet and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its location as well, it was close to all the major tourist attractions in Istanbul.
In my opinion it is the best option for convenient citybreaks. It also has spa, hammam , sauna and very good restaurant on top floor with beautiful views to the city. Important tram stations and most of the sights are within a walking distance. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms are clean, comfortable and new. If you can, book the suite for even greater comfort!! Great hotel! Thank you!!
Great location close to topkapi palace, havia Sofia & the blue mosque even the grand bazaar is in walking distance. Very friendly & helpful staff. Got a free upgrade to a suite thanks to being a Hilton Honours member
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The location is great, you can reach most of the attractions in the area by walking. Good service and friendly staff.
Lovely staff, very clean modern hotel, in heart of old Istanbul, near blue mosque, grand bazaar, spice market, and numerous restaurants and cafes. Good value hotel, highly recommended.
When we arrived at this hotel we were early but we were welcomed warmly by Erdi, and we were helped with all of our luggage by Ozgur which was incredibly helpful as we had tons of luggage. They let us sit in reception until morning and gave us tea and cookies. I really recommend this hotel all staff has been really helpful and breakfast was amazing. If anybody looks for a hotel in Istanbul I would highly recommend it! ☺☺
Was ok. Just a lot of niggles. We got a twin room, which was changed after two days. They consistently only supplied two coffee sachets (you'd have to ring reception 2/3 times for more, similarly when I asked for a razor). TV channels very limited in English - only 4 and BBC didn't work. Breakfast was a complete zoo, no tables when we arrived that were clean. Nothing major just lot's of little things. Good location and Wi-Fi.
A decent place very well situated perfect for those who want to tour and get around easily. Rooms were good staff friendly and helpful.
I stayed here with my family for 6 nights in summer of 2016. This hotel was new and clean. The location is absolutely the best as it is central and close to some major sites and transportation. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Istanbul. Special thanks to Burak at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and got us to know the local area well.
This hotel is staffed with the most professional and capable employees that I have encountered. During my stay, beyond the high level of service, each employee I met, made a great effort to speak with me and make me feel welcome. The housekeeping was spotlessly executed, and the food service, led by Zafer, among the most professional of any hotel I have experienced. The rooftop restaurant is not to be missed!
Without hesitation I recommend this hotel, and I look forward to my return, soon.
Clean, good services close to historical site
Small rooms with balcony at the 6th floor. Staff is not very friendly. The restaurant on the upper floor is limited of food. Very disappointed for a Hilton hotel standards. The good thing is the location, close to all turistics places
Great hotel, with great location in the heart of old town. Very close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and other landmarks.
Next to the Topkapi Palace, this hotel is ideal for visiting Sultanahmet Square and adjoining areas. Everything including tram stops are in walking distance.
The concierge was very warm and friendly. Although I am only a silver honours member, they upgraded me to a better room and also brought a fruit platter to my room. I stayed on two separate occasions - and each time the service was consistent. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was quite decent and service was amazing again. It is my favourite Hilton hotel in Istanbul. It is also very conveniently located in proximity to several tourist sites (ayasofia, palace, etc)
