I had a very bad experience at Double Tree by Hilton Piyalepasa.I was staying at property from 18th April to 22nd April.I checked out my room on 22nd morning and as advised by hilton staff I handed over my luggages to staff to keep in the luggage room.Hilton staff gave me luggage token.My flight was on 22nd night and returned back around 4pm to hotel for picking my luggage.So I handed over my token to hilton staff and they responded after checking that my luggage is not there without any responsibility.Luckily I took pictures of my luggage before leaving.I explained everything and showed the pictures.I discussed with the Manager and he was behaving very cool.I understood something wrong and we become nervous.My wife pressure level went down.I trusted Hilton and I handed over my business laptop and valuables.Finally they admitted mistake and told us luggage was dropped to Pakistani Military group luggage.When I asked Manager he told us"May be Luggage on the way to pakistan".They were not taking any action.so we involved and informed them to track luggage using cctv.Finally found luggage dropping to pakistani group luggage bus by hilton staff.We checked security room and confirmed.I asked them bus leaving time.It was 2 hours before.So I asked them to contact hilton ataturk airport from where pakistani military travelled.But they told they will send their vehichle from piyalepasa which is far.
In between I handed over tocken to staff and When I requested to return back it was in damaged condition.
I am the Owner of Techmont Group and Flow Stream,Dubai.I prefer Hilton for business trip and vacations coz of the trust.But I lost that trust and hilton staff was initially behaving irresponsible playing with our life itself.
Finally after 2 hours they returned our luggage back and offered complimentary food which we ignored.

Excellent spot in Istanbul
I am very satisfied with my stay in Double Tree hotel.
It is very nice, comfortable and clean.
Near to center, and mosque for prayers.
Excellent helpful staff. Helpful at any time and efficient. Asked for Phone charger spot and they solved in less than 5 min.
Cleaning is great.
Breakfast is another thing to describe.
Fitness and swimming pool.
Hourly trip to Taqseem square.

The most horrible hotel ever , had been waiting for almost 4 hour to get room
The Reciption staff not friendly at all with bad reactions with smiley moth
Lack of service ,, most of the people waiting out side for room

Looks good from the outside bad service in the inside. Hygene in this place is terrible. Bed covers and sheets always dirty. Very hard to communicate with the cleaning staff as they do not speak english. Even if you tell them to change sheets and covers they ignore and just reuse the existing ones. Toilet has human waste splatter on the seat and they dont bother to clean it. Complained to reception they weren't even bothered.

The housekeeping staff drove us nuts with the lack of clean coffee cups and drinking glasses in our room, but it was otherwise a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room we got was a tad small, but it was spotless and well-equipped with everything you'd need. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. We specifically loved the fact that they have a shuttle service to and from taksim square, which allowed us to use the various public transport options from the square to get around the city. Overall, it was pretty good.

- Great friendly staff.
- Free shuttle to Taksim Square.
- Free parking available.
- Entrance on a major road but backs into a quite friendly neighbourhood with local grocery stores and more.
- Great amenities for you to enjoy.
- Delicious buffet breakfast.
