The location is super. Magnificent view of the Golden Horn Bay. But it's best to come around 9 am because there are a lot of tourists and local people later. with respect to the kitchen, nothing special. You can simply order tea and baklava. Once for a visit is enough.

This place is great if you wanna spend a day far from touristic areas and noise and have a special view of Istanbul.

Beautiful view point and cafes were you can sit and enjoy the view. Most of the visitors are locals. Long waiting line for the cable cars to reach the top.

It's a place to enjoy the panorama of Istanbul.
One can visit both during the day or later in the evening.
The belvedere is very neat and the place can be visited by car, foot or cable car.
It's definitely a place to visit if you come to Istanbul as it isn't smothered by flocks of tourists (yet).

When you have a friend coming from abroad; Pierre Loti is the one of the best locations they have to see. It has a brilliant terrace that allows you to see old town. Also you are able to enjoy view by telescope. Best way to reach here to use Teleferic from Eyup Sultan. And after you finish your trip, my advise is walking downstairs just next to teleferic

Its worth to see here atleast one time. A good viwe from top Pierre loti hill of golden horn. You can enjoy of drinking tea and coffee .. also if telecabin riding is interesting for you.. there is one can transfer you to top.. but be patient just there are4 cabins and too long lines for 3 minutes riding
Also there is a big cemetery you can walk between graves:))
I suggest going down by walking it can be more enjoble in compare of standing in lines.

Pierre Loti is the name of a French poete who is a passioned lover of İstanbul. The place is named after him.

Chic and contemporary Ottoman style wooden designed small cafes and exciting Golden Horn panorama from a close height makes this place very attractive for both tourists and citizens. One drawback is parking availability shortage, which is also dominated by paid parking agencies. Reaching by car is already hard due to narrow streets and height, but fortunately, there is cable-car line, as it would be expected.

Not good as you might expected and a lot of waiting for the ropeway. Narghile here overall bad and I would not recommend it for cold days because of inadequate insulation in the cafes.

Excellent view. Recommended to visit between 4pm to 6pm for taking nice photos or video to get perfect sunlight. You need to go there by skyline, back and forth or you may go out down through elevator.

The telefrik ride was alright. The view was lovely from above; it took about 2 minutes. Then the café over the mountain was a bit expensive and the ice cream was terribly heavy and sugary I couldn't eat it all. But overall, it's a nice view. A place to chill.

The view is spectacular. We got up the hill by car as the line of cable car was more than 1hr. At the top with the view, I don't think I have missed anything much.

The coffee, itself, is, yes, pricey here, 9TL. But, what can you do.. If you wanna sit down and enjoy the view.

Highly over rated. Couldn't quite get why our tour took us here, aside form them getting commissions.

Amazing view. Absolutely must visit! The cafe itself seems not so interesting not to mention it is small inside but the terrace seats are nice. Quite a photo spot!

This place is magical, although a bit creepy. It's on top of a huge cemetery, so you can either walk up the stairs through the tombs or take the cable car. We walked through the place and, even though it can be a bit morbid, it was just interesting to see how they remember their loved ones that have gone. When you get to the top the view is just unbelievable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful view of the Bosphorus. Great place to take photos. You can take the cable car up the hill or simply walk it.

To be honest, this was the low of our Istanbul trip. This place is out of the way and hard to get to. Once there, you wait in a long line and pay to take the cable car up to the top. Once there, the view is awesome, but not worth the fee and wait. There's one coffee shop on the mountain that sells you overpriced mediocre Turkish coffee. Avoid this place!
