We had a room with a beautiful view over the blue mosque. Also the restaurant where they serve breakfast has a balcony with the view of both mosques. Great location, good service, the rooms are a bit small but pretty and the beds were comfortable. Close to the Bazaar as well. I used the hotels laundry service and it was quick and good for a fair price.

Location and view TOP the rest ..
I’ve just moved out of this hotel to Seven Hills Hotel in the same area and I am extremely happy about this choice. The Deluxe Golden Horn hotel has a great location and views, especially the restaurant with the fantastic view over the blue mosque. Nonetheless the staff members during daytime are not professional at all and not even friendly. Mostly they are busy with their smartphones, don’t pay attention to guests and once they just hang up the phone after I asked to clean the room without saying goodbye. The guys we met when we checked in at midnight were brilliant. Professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. The Mattress in the room was very hard but balcony and facilities brilliant.
One more thing I have to mention. When we checked out no one even offered help with the luggage, not that I’m not capable of managing that but compared to the new hotel Seven Hills the staff at the deluxe golden horn hotel just have no clue about customer service.response / report this review -

Great location and service. Breakfast is included but quite average. You have to pay extra for fresh orange juice and Turkish coffee. Rooms are very clean!

Great location close to the main tram stops & to touristic places.. the breakfast is good but nothing special about it.. the view from the terrace is lovely.. avoid standard rooms if you can coz they’re really small.. but the rooms on top r good especially the suite..

The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life, people Do Not get cheated with the photos !!!!!!! It's fake photos and does Worth to pay even 10 bucks for the night.

Sana the room service lady was so helpful. We are very grateful to her for her excellent service. Hope to see her again next time we visit will be especially because of the way she took care of us. If you want a great customer service experience then this hotel is for you. 5-Star customer care. Hope to see you again.

Might be not the cleanest place, but a good service, diverse breakfast, friendly staff and terrific view. You can sit just there with coffee for a long time. I would probably stay here next time.

Great view of the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia from the rooftop. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet and the rooms were clean and a great size. The hotel provided snacks and drinks during the afternoon. Would return!
