Great place! It's like living in a palace due to volcanic walls and engraving. A little hard to sleep at night though.

The cave concept is nice in general. Amenities wise all needs to be paid including gym. Food-wise is buffet style and its fairly acceptable.

The best historic arthitectural stone hotel in the area it is right in front of the historic castle many beautful views with high arched ceilings, nicely decorated rooms I would have given 5 star for over all experience including front desk and restaurant staff but the shower in bathroom needs winter maintenance and an upgrade. There is also an excelent very spacious Spa & health club and at good prices starting at 50lira.

Good service. Luggages were delivered to hotel rooms very quickly. Was unable to unstopper the bathtub and called reception and was glad that they came in less than 5 minutes and fixed it.

A nice cozy place. Lovely cave views. Close to Goreme. One of the pick up points if one is planning to go on a hot air balloon ride.

I visited Cappadocia in August, 2017. It was pleasant experienced to stay in Burcu Kaya Hotel, Cappadocia. Especially food was tasty with a lot of variety. Breakfast had a bit more variety than the other hotels we stayed. The lady who was restaurant manager was very nice, decent and cooperative besides being quality and service conscious. I recommend folks who visit Cappadocia to choose this hotel for stay.

Otel dışardan küçük görünüyor ama güzel. Odaları da yeterli taş oda olmasına rağmen kışın gayet sıcaktı. Wifi ve telefon çekmesi sıkıntısı var odalarında. Ekstralar da biraz pahalı. Yinede memnunuz.

I've read some bad reviews and I personally stayed at this specific hotel for 2 days. It's a themed hotel and I really think it's fantastic. There is a pool, a spa, the food is superb and excellent service , friendly staff. There are TVs in the room, central heating and AC's.

Capadoccia is not a place you come and enjoy with your family for the weekened, it's a cultural tour and so the hotels are more than perfect for a very short stay so personally recommend it.
