  Use them if you have a death wish. On our ride from Alanya to Gazipaza airport driver fell asleep 3 time behind the wheel!! I had my Kids in the car. Never ever again!!!

  Over 20 minutes late, then driving like a maniac. When told to drive a bit slower, he started arguing and yelling. Never had a worse drive in my life, every second was a nightmare!

  My daughter used their service from Antalya to Alanya. They were absolutely great. She forgot something in the plane, this company sent someone to the airport to pick it up and sent it to Alanya within minutes. Amazing service. Great great people

  I made a reservation and was expecting to be picked up at the airport when our plane landed. All the other transfer companies were outside waiting for their passangers, but not you. We were lucky to find someone to help us to make some phonecalls, and we ended up waiting for the driver for 45 minutes. When he finally came we got no explanation, no apology.
  
  For our return, our reservation said our pickup time was 18.00. When I made the reservation I requested an earlier pickup. I heard nothing, so I sendt an email. They responded, and updated our time to 17.00. We were ready outside our hotel at 17.00, but didn't see them. I made a phonecall, and the new time hadn't been updated in their system. He promised to send a car as soon as possible, but we couln't wait, so we ended up getting a taxi from Oba to Antalya. It wasn't cheap, and we had a stressful experience!

  I wanted to order a shuttle for the next day. I filled out the application form on the website, but the confirmation button did not work even it was active.
  Ok, no problem, I wrote an e-mail with the details and asked them if it is possible to order the transfer on this way. Than came a short question about the details (which were already written in the first mail) every hour. I asked a confirmation few times, but no answer anymore.
  After a while I found a chat window on the website. The operator did not find anything about this order. Finally i got the info: there is no free place in the vehicle.
  Super!
  
  Conclusion:
  They are just waisting your time!
  You can find a private car transfer for few dollar more, and they are flexible and customer oriented.
