Nice hotel, the food is really tasty, and the service is excellent, just a bit far from the interesting places, remember to book of you want to go to a Turkish bath.

Originally I rated this hotel 4 stars and wrote the below comment but during my last 2 stays, I had the worst internet connection which disconnected me many types from important business calls. For business hotel this is unacceptable. Avaoid here is you need high quality Internet.

Stayed there twice. First stay was amazing but this time the internet was like a torture; very slow and was disconnected every 10 min. Also their famous pun the North Shields is closed in August which was very disappointing. However staff is always professional and friendly.

I have brought my guest to stay in, was trying to check her in. The first room we have entered, A/C was not working, the room was hot as hell. We called reception twice to send somebody to fix it, nobody came through.

We went downstairs to change the rooms, nobody even said “I apologise”

Second room we went to was non smoking room however it was smelling cigarattes, we went back to change her room.

Nobody was sorry again, changed the room again and now this third room im not sure about if A/C is working or not but we are very frustrated so we wont go back to the desk.

Perfect place to stay. Wonderful breakfasts and services. Having North Shield inside the hotel is great plus because it is one of the best pubs around!

I have been to Bilkent Hotel so many times for different occasions in last 20 years. When it was opened , it was one of the most prestigious 5 Star hotels of Ankara. However, it has been losing its charm continually because of poor management. Two years ago we wanted to have a luncheon at Akdeniz restaurant as a group of 27 people. The management told that it would have been impossible for us to sit at one table if we would like to have A'la Carte, since their order capacity was not sufficient to take the orders. We went to the Hotel and could not sit at one table. Last year, we went to Akdeniz restaurant for another luncheon as 25 people. This time we preferred Tabldot. We paid 90tl. per person. The food was ridiculous, but we managed to sit together this time. After the meal we talked about having a Turkish coffee and the waiter told us that the coffee would cost extra! Worse part was that while we were paying, the waiters were so incapable of calculating that they charged one of our friends for two and did not charge another anything. It took 45 minutes to cancel the transaction! These are only two cases for the lowest quality of service. There are so many others.

Very nice hotel with clean and quiet rooms. There is a flat screen TV, a minibar fridge, WiFi, the city scape is nice from the roof top rooms.

The price is low. I stayed there 2 years ago it used to be a better place. This time the room smells bad and the room is very dusty the fridge is very dirty.

Next time, i wont be staying here for sure.!!!
You can find better places for 5 bucks more and believe me it will worth.
