  İki kişilik odamızda havluyu ısrarla değiştirmiyorlar, hatta yere attığım kirli havluyla ıslak zeminler ve klozeti silip yerine astıklarını düşünüyorum. Fakir olduğumuz çok mu belli oluyor acaba.

  Bina biraz eski ancak odalar temiz ve bakımlı. Otelin konumu oldukça iyi, Anadolu (Tandoğan) metro istasyonunun yanıbaşında, Ankara'da merkezi pek çok yere yürüyerek veya toplu taşıma ile kolayca ulaşıma imkan tanıyor. fiyatlar sunulan hizmete göre biraz yüksek.

  Staff rude and not helpful. No compassion to the foreigners when we are asking questions on where to go. Room states non smoking however there is smoke smell. Definitely not 5 stars, food stale from afternoon or night before, cold buffet, the waiters swarm around you for some strange reason. Do not recommend!

  Definitely not 5 stars as they claim. Just a normal, clean hotel. Reception is not well staffed, expect lines. Breakfast is 15 euros extra. Wifi signal sucks. Did not get the room type I had booked.
