Silent place and good for eating lunch
You should go there by ship by 7.5 tl.
For visiting area you can rent a carriage by just 70 tl.

What was amazing about this place was that there were no cars and you could go by coaches, there was no pollution and you could enjoy the local food, mostly fish, but you can always ask for discounts on food price, we found out later!!

Clean and serene! We took a phaeton ride round the island and had freshly caught fish for lunch at a restaurant atop the highest hill overlooking the sea and the bay. Great experience!

Nice sceneries and quiet for a walk or bike ride if you hire one.
We paid and 75 LT for a 45 minutes tour by carriage and horses which was not worth it.
Its an experience on its own but if you want to tour the island you would better off to walk around.
Many hotels, cafes and restaurants arounds. Lots of big houses and nice buildings.response / report this review -

Very nice and cozy island, especially for walkers and bikers. Suitable for families, kids and couples. The island is car free and the air is therefore fresh and healthy. Traveling to Büyükada is simple and cheap (4-5 TL) but it takes around 1 hr since the ferry passes by additional 3 islands before the trip in the two directions.
