Компания обманывает людей на сайте написано что до 23 кг 1 место багаж бесплатно но в аэропорту выяснятся что это не так 1 кг стоит 2 евро заранее набирайте и узнавайте про багаж более подробно или вам прийдется платит за багаж больше чем стоимость билета

I had train delays and arrived at the airport 1 hour and 20 minutes before take off- they said it's too late. They told me to wait until 12 (it was 10am) and someone would come speak with me. What really made me upset was that the airline hadn't even begun boarding yet- why couldn't I try? I paid for the ticket- I should be able to try and make the flight and if I miss it I miss it. I waited until 2pm and no one came. I finally was able to contact them via phone and they said no refunds or exchanges. But what is really bad is that they wouldn't let me use the return trip that I paid for. Rather, they cancelled both of my flights So I had to purchase a whole new round trip, and my return trip had a 17 hour layover. Just awful- I feel that they screwed me twice. That's not how business is done- SCAM.
