  Mouldy showers in both the rooms we booked. Limited staff. Limited facilities.

  The location is very convenient to the town, and the management is very helpful! We visited in November and the heat could have been stronger in our room, but other than that we enjoyed it.

  Large spacious and clean rooms with views over town, an amazing deck for breakfast. The host Serdar is very friendly and can provide lots of ideas for activities in and around town.

  Great location only steps away from town centre & sunset viewpoint. Management is very helpful. First floor rooms can be loud with street noise but generally not. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and relaxing.

  We had a great 3 nights stay at Arch Palace Hotel. Impeccable service from the owner, really helpful with our needs. Staffs are great and polite. The hotel located centrally in the village of Goreme, near shops and restaurants. Only 5 minutes climb to the valley so you can see bird eye view of Goreme, valleys, and hot air balloons. Breakfast is standard but good.

  Arch Palace could not be in a better location. You're high enough and out of the city that you can view the valley of Göreme, but food and shopping is just a couple minutes walk away.
  
  I can't say enough great things about the staff. The owner is often onsite (and you'll see him walking about town) and is a wealth of knowledge and connections. The accommodations are fantastic for the price and complimentary hot breakfast is a very nice touch.
  
  Combined with the hotel, the staff and our desire to get out and explore We had a great time in Cappadocia at Arch Palace
