Konumu,içten servisi,kahvaltısı ve özenle döşenmiş odalar.Güler yüzlü servis elemanları.Eşimle birlikte üç gün kaldık çok memnun ayrıldık.

Otele adım attığınız andan çıkana kadar hissettiginiz duygu pahabicilemez..Karşılama,hizmet,odalar,personel,temizlik,manzara fevkalade..Otelin konumu şehrin ruhunu tam olarak yansıtıyor,oda dizaynı harika,ortam samimi,evine dönmek istemiyor insan .Herşey çok kaliteliydihayallerimin oteline tekrar gitmek ümidiyle ,bütün otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkürler🙏

Çok memnun kaldığımız bir mekan. Ortamı zaten muhteşem bunun yanında güler yüzlü yardım sever çalışanlar da olunca tekrar gidilecek yerler arasına giriyor.

Gercekten cok guler yuzlu harika hizmet cok ilgili ve tecrubeli yoneticiler Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Otel gercekten cok guzel ve hos yapilmis detayli dusunulmus her konuda .. Bizi ekstra memnun etmek guzel bir kiyak daha yaptilar cok begendik..Burada musteri memnuniyeti GERCEKTEN en onemli olgu bunu kesinlikle hissediyorsunuz.Kalvaltilari gayet kaliteli. Desde el momento en que pasamos por la puerta lacada de color rojo-cereza del Hezen Cave Hotel, fuimos recibidos como si fuéramos una familia perdida hace mucho tiempo; familia que había viajado lejos y llegó a un exótico puerto de escala. Situado en lo alto de un acantilado, con vistas a un antiguo castillo de roca, cada una de nuestras necesidades fue considerada y atendida por el personal más amable que hemos conocido en casi ocho años de nuestros viajes. Nuestra habitación era un palacio de cueva, literalmente cincelado directamente de la ladera, y exquisitamente decorado con ikat y terciopelo de Uzbekistán, mármol de Ankara, y kilims de Turquía oriental. Los próximos días fue un torbellino de actividad el hotel organizó un paseo en un globo de aire caliente y nos proporcionó una niñera para nuestro hijo menor, nos sugirieron senderismos y excursiones que nos permitió ser testigos de la magia de la naturaleza de Capadocia , y nos prepararon deliciosas comidas tradicionales (una muy especial para los cumpleaños de mi marido y mi hijo). Los propietarios, Bernadette y Murad, celebró nuestra visita, nos invitó a cenas, y no podría haber sido más amable y acogedor. Estoy seguro de que veremos todos en Hezen Hotel una y otra vez, y hasta nuestra próxima visita, vamos a soñar con nuestro tiempo en Capadocia!

This place is absolutely amazing. For starters, it is simply gorgeous. The rooms, the setting and views, it's all even better than the photos. The location is excellent - close enough to be convenient but far enough to feel away from all the touristic stuff in Goreme. Breakfast was also delicious - with a broad range of items to choose from. Beyond this, the service was top-notch. From before I arrived, the staff was helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything organised. And the recommendations for each of my days were absolutely perfect. I enjoy outdoor activities and spent the first day mountain biking through the area. They organised everything - i just got on the bike and went for it. Then the next day I had a wonderful visit to the cave city and a stunning hike. All the recommendations were spot-on. Don't even hesitate - you must book this place for your stay in Cappadocia. You won't regret it!

OK, here is the deal, My wife and I have done a fair about of travel this year and we usually don' take the time to write a review unless there is a heart felt reason to do it. Hezen Hotel is one of those places that simply blows you away. It was better than any pictures or web review I've checked. This is rear, that a place is this charming, neat, beautiful and well take care of. The views at day or night we delightful, the service was top level, people where kind and for the price they made you fill like royalty. sure there wasn't a full menu nor room service but you didn't need anything different than what the kitchen was preparing the night. The open drinkshonor system felt like something out of the Google offices.and remember you are in a CAVE hotel. free laundry and WITH soapwe did not used it but wish we had. Our room, one of the cave suites was decorate with authentic taste, rugs, vases, copperworks, it made the place feel like ancient and yet modern, the bathroom was incredible, the soaps top, so was the living room and the lighting.I'll post some picture soon.
I give talks on business, entrepreneurship and innovation and clearly I had taken notice, I wanted to find out more of how this place had come together like an Apple product lunch, I visited the owner at his downtown business, an older man, charming and charismatic turkish rug salesman, he was more interested in me assessing the quality of his personnel than anything else. Needless to say we spend quite a bit of time. The hotel was his wife idea of a retirement hobby, a frensh woman (now everything starts to make sense.) They been married for 36 year, the met while she was visiting cappadocia, and 3 years ago she retired form here job in Istanbul. She brought in the architect and designer from Istanbul and always spend a few hours at the hotel every day. The many small nooks delightfully appointed to sit down and read a book.her idea.
In two years we plan to come back with our kidsresponse / report this review
