The lousy company that came to repair 8 times for a 1.5-year-old refrigerator and couldn't solve the problem, said they solved the problem by issuing a fake service receipt, and forced them to go to the consumer court for a product renewal request. Stay away, don't get involved. Zero work ethic. Don't stand behind what you sell. My mistake, after the 3rd, I gave you the 8th chance so that we could be kind and try it one more time, bro. Out of goodness, sickness was born.

13 months ago, Arçelik tv led lights broke down. We called the service, they gave a price of 1,600tl and we had it done. The warranty was 1 year, but it broke after 13 months. We called arçelik service again, the leds were broken and they gave a price of 2,600tl. We did not accept it. We had it done elsewhere, 750tl zero price They gave us and we had it done. The room is guaranteed for 1 year and is very different and clean in appearance like glass. Moreover, the led light installed by the arçelik service did not come off, it is not zero, so there were shades in the image when it arrived. They are deceiving people. I will not buy Arçelik again.
