  Hello, I learned Buderus quality with a problem with the remote I was experiencing. Unfortunately, I overestimated it. Although I bought this remote very willingly, I used it for a maximum of 1 year with the application support problem. In our country, "version 1" models cannot receive application support. They haven't been able to figure it out for over 2 years. The saddest part is if you have a problem after selling, you're burned out. Because there is a solution center for problems not to be solved. I cannot explain the suffering they have endured. In the promotional photos, the picture of this product spoke. Bosch Thermotechnology Headquarters I think it is destroying the quality of Buderus in our country with its indifference. I think stay away, waste your money
