Very bad service. We have booked 3 weeks ago, checked our reservation a day before and right now we are waiting in the hall of the hotel because our rooms arent available. It's horrible

liers .. awful service .. we changed 4 rooms (every one had it's own problem) 3 of them didn't have a working air conditioner ..they promised for a better room and it didn't have working air conditioner ..they never fix a problem ..and the worst part was changing our room and moving our things without informing us.. we just came at night to find our things this shape ( in the uploaded photo) we went to police and took back our remaining money.

I stayed here while in Istanbul. Nice little hotel near some of the main tourist attractions. There was continental breakfast and various drinks to purchase during the day. Most things you need or reasonable wish to see are easily reachable via public transportation, double decker bus or by foot. Wizard of Where
