  The rating score is so low because of the cleanliness. The rooms are not clean and neither the bathrooms.
  Although, excellent location and helpful and friendly staff.

  Serkeci Park Hotel is the best budget 3 hotel with premium services and make you feel like you are in a luxury 4 star hotel.Staff is very friendly, 24 hr reception available, you can check in at any point of time even very late at night.
  
  Breakfast is free for all guest, good quality and authentic turkish breakfast with huge variety to choose from. Hotel rooms are very clean with comfy beds, linens, comforter and towels which are changed everyday. Good room keeping service every day in the morning. Washrooms are clean and neat.
  
  This Hotel is located in the heart of the city very close to popular landmarks like blue mosque, grand bazar, spice bazar etc.

  rooms are small noisy and smelly. you cannot even sleep. bathroom is not clean. food is awful and plates and dishes are dirty
