  Great breakfast joint. Proper cooked breakfast and the pancakes perhaps pushing it over the top for cholesterol levels. However this is a top spot in the Olaya area if you want that full breakfast you crave.

  well, its hard to rate this place!
  lets start with positive ones..
  food is really good and tasty and well served. very appealing
  service is good; friendly staff
  however the overall ambient is not so comfortable. . unfortunately the AC was broken and it was really hot
  decoration is dull. nothing lively. even kids didn't like it
  lastly it is over priced. think well before you go.

  Really great food with fair prices, pictures are of the Pancake House Burger and Nutella Pancakes. Overall, a pretty great place for lunch and breakfast.

  It is a good place for American food, the staff were friendly and so nice. I wish there is songs on the family section especially American songs instead of Fairouz so it can be suitable for the atmosphere. Coffee fresh and free refill.

  The coffee we ordered had a hair in it. We complained to the manager Rian and he did not even apologise and said that we will change the coffee. I asked him to cancel it saying that we had lost our appetite. He then proceeded to scold our waiter Martin for not noticing the hair in the coffee. Also told him that he will deduct three days salary. Strange that the waiter gets punished but the manager doesn’t have the courtesy of apologising, let alone giving compensation.

  Best pancakes (the plain ones), great omelettes and good service. They have improved a lot over the years.

  Horrible place and bad management. Pancakes was soft and you cannot cut it and it was tasteless. Waffle was (fried) and tasteless. Bacon was so dry and black you cannot recognize it. Waffle is 40 riyals!!
  
  Go to Ihop or buffalos and save your money.

  Food quality and staff are good. Although IHOP is opening soon in town so they need to find new ideas to keep this business running.
