  Today my family and I went to this branch for lunch. We will not visit again. The food was low quality, I had better meals at many dinners and fast food spots around the world. We ordered Meat the fish dish which tasted like canned bolognese sauce, with one shrimp and one messel. We also got the healthy chicken which was offered with 2 frozen pieces of artificial and tasteless chicken with 3 asparagus spears that were yellow and welted. My husband liked his soup of the day, which was asparagus soup. We also ordered the farmer qinoua salad with chicken. The salad tasted of nothing. The drinks were okay except the mango juice that was watered down. The one thing that should have made me realize that the entire experience would be a disaster when the waiter asked us how would we like our chicken? well done? I have never heard about well done chicken or chicken with salmonella. This place is a joke. I don't recommend wasting your time, money and energy on this place.

  Horrible horrible horrible! Overly cooked eggs and the place outside is dirty and full of flies. I hated my experience in every way possible. Will never come again and I sincerely worry about food hygiene in the outside area. Should've taken a photo and reported it to the ministry of commerce. Even worse? No one to effectively resolve complaints. This branch is a disgrace to the food industry's bare minum of service.

  I love Paul, but this particular branch is not the best. If you’re craving something from Paul you’d rather go to the one at Black Garden. Much better service and food quality. Nevertheless, my favorites from Paul are their tarts!

  Enjoyed my time here. Came a tad bit late for breakfast but the lunch was delicious. However the dessert was alright. I had a tarte and it was a bit dry and dare I say hard. This Paul was particularly quiet compared to other ones in malls. Felt like I had the whole restaurant to myself which I enjoyed.

  Staff is so friendly and helpful. Food is nice. Outdoor area has 4 new ACs now so it's possible to sit and enjoy it.

  Only the outdoor area is nice. But inside is a total disappointment weather in the ground floor or the first floor. And the big stairs is also a failure. But as usual ... food is great

  We had to send our breakfast back to the chef after having it wirh strong vinegar taste.
  Staff were polite and helpful, very expensive place though.

  Conveniently located in a new plaza with many parking lots, PAUL offers freshly baked goods and wide variety of beverages. The shop is fairly spacious with seating spaces inside and outside. The staff works quickly to accommodate orders. There is a wide selection of delectable pastries and breads, and the coffee is delightful.
  
  Recommended item: chocolate mousse.
