My room was in 10th floor, it was a none smoking room, but it was smell cigarette badly, I opened up the windows, it getting cold and the heating system was not working.
Also the lady at the counter didn't know I already paid for the room, she asked me to pay, I showed her my voucher letter, but it seemed she was not able to read English.
