Very nice hotel (as well as congress center). Rooms are nice and for surprisingly good prices. There is free stuff at rooms I have never found in any other hotel so far (toothbrushes, toothpastes and even razor blades).

Very good place to stay. Optimum cost to value ratio and conveniently located off of partizan metro station. Restaurant are ok with a mixed russian/western cuisine.

Very crowded hotel. Too much rooms, not enough service. The breakfast was ok. very basic. clean rooms. they committed to early check in but didn't kept promise to prepare the room and we force to wait 4 hours in kids room until our room was ready.we're told web just was lucky the Kidd's room was clean

Excellent position to subway, train, bus & taxi.
Very good breakfast with fruits.
Very good near shopping center, super market, .
Very clean.
Good for kids & very safe place.

Nice hotel. No A/c and being from Northern Canada, room was uncomfortably warm. Maintenance came and turned of steam, which fixed issue. Windows also slightly opened as well, so I ended up comfortable enough. When it is windy, which is almost everyday, the wind seems to blow through the elevator shafts and makes an annoying whistle that can be heard throughout the lobby and cafeteria area, but enjoying coffee and breakfast at the many nearby places really made this not much of an issue. Overall, nice and clean, good housekeeping, friendly staff and good location near the metro(subway). I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

We were 45 of us who booked 24 rooms. While booking we were not informed that ACs are supposed to be switched off from Oct 1st in Moscow. On 3rd October, 2016 we had a very bad experience as the rooms were hot and the Hotel manager was rude and refused to switch on the ACs. She finally got convinced and allowed us to open windows only after we gave her a written consent that none of us would jump out the window. For someone in the Hospitality Industry that's not how she should talk to customers.

I gave the 2nd star because of the food spread in breakfast buffet and the 24hr store next to the hotel which provide us everything from veggies to vodka.
