Very good and nice hotel. Personnel very friendly and helpful. The only minus is that I had no closet, only some shelfves but if you don't have too many clothes it should be enough.

Cannot fault the service of this hotel, particularly Alexey and reception staff. Alexey in particular went out of his way for us. He ordered a taxi to pick us up from a Venue one evening. On his own time, he went to the venue to ensure the taxi was there to pick us up. Excellent service

Rather disappointed in this hotel ! A majority of the bed rooms are based around an internal courtyard, with 2 glass lifts which travel between 1st floor & the 7th. The bedroom Windows face out towards the lifts, cannot be opened, air con only and are dark not well lit. The continental breakfast had a good choice and got food also on offer, although this was never that got, unless one ordered freshly cooked eggs. There is a small reception area with some seating, this leads into the bar area and another place to eat. There us nowhere to sit and read, which, when you occupy an inside room; you may prefer some light! The staff are very welcoming no issues with them. But no I would not use this hotel again. Apologies for the negative review; 3 nights is too long in an inside room.

Lovely decor, the rooms were large very well kitted out and always kept very clean. The breakfast collection was good with both a hot a cold buffet including some traditional Russian items. The hotel staff were excellent, always helpful and can assist with booking tickets for shows or day trips if required.
